At CLOCKWORKCURIO, we pride ourselves on the quality and unique craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, we do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been made to order, engraved, or customized specifically for you.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@clockworkcurio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return. If the product is defective, please attach clear photos of the defect.
Approval: We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with the return shipping address. Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Since we ship globally, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods.
Approved: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal/Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, or products not in original condition).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
Check your bank account again;
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@clockworkcurio.com.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged products caused by our side, we will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.
7. European Union 14 day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
